Donald Joseph Qualls (also known as DJ Qualls) is a fashion model and actor American actor. After gaining fame through his role in Road Trip he has since played in more than 20 feature films including The New Guy Hustle & Flow and The Core. Also, he's appeared on 22 television shows, including Breaking Bad Supernatural scrubs lost Law & Order and Law & Order, among other. Qualls has been diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma at age 14, and has battled this disease since. After two years of treatment the cancer is now into Remission. But, initial treatment was very detrimental on his health and stunted growth. As he began to make decisions, financial security seemed like his ultimate objective. The man had experienced hardship in his childhood. The interviewer said that because he had lived so sparingly throughout his life I required financial stability to feel at ease. The man also recalls his early years to help him stay motivated. "Cruelty makes me cry," he said. On and off the screen, DJ could like to play the role of a father. However, he admits that "Directors aren't casting me for those roles." One day he'd like to become a father in the future, when he could be able to devote more time to his work and more time with his children.
